Following an extensive career in banking, followed by another as a partner in a global consulting firm, Andrew set out to follow his passion for incubating innovative and disruptive ventures who will genuinely make a difference. He has taken two ventures to a successful exit and another to be a listed business and is on a mission to tackle inequality in healthcare in particular.
Henrietta Wallace
Co-FOUNDER
After an initial career at Conde Nast, Henrietta moved into marketing and business development where she worked with start-ups and established premium brands, including designing and selling a healthcare product into the NHS. Henrietta was co-investor with Andrew in an innovative sports media tech venture in 2018, and she joined the mission in 2020.
